Free Body PT was a wonderful experience - not just because Michal was able to diagnose and cure my recurring running hip pain, but because you get 100% attention during each appointment (unlike the big chain PT experiences). Michal was a total pro, very personable, extremely knowledgeable while trying to figure out my very weird upper hip pain and passionate about his profession and helping people. Loved my experience at Free Body PT. I was paired with Michal and he was fantastic. I came in with lower back/hip issues and within a month or so he had me feeling much better. He was very informative, personable and engaged in me feeling better. He was hands on when he needed to be, testing my muscles/range of motion and then he was excellent when it came to guiding me through an exercise regimen that helped me regain strength and confidence in my body. I will be back if/when I injure anything else. You'll be well looked after here and they won't be on you to keep attending and paying money when you don't need to. All round, great service. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. The office feels clean, inviting, and relaxed. The entire staff embodies hospitality. I went to Free Body when I needed assistance in recovering from an Achilles injury. My PT, Michal, was great to work with and gave me helpful exercises to aid my healing. when i first visited free body, my neck pain was so severe that i found it difficult to perform daily tasks — even working from home was painful. after just a few sessions with marissa and michal, i was able to move much more effortlessly. everyone i interacted with at free body was so knowledgable and so communicative. they earned my trust right away, even though i was very hesitant about starting physical therapy in the first place.

I can’t recommend Free Body PT enough, this place is truly magical! Every person on staff is kind and supportive.

I have been seeing Marissa for almost 5 months after being hit by a car and suffering a tibial plateau fracture and a humerus fracture. I was in a wheel chair when I first got there and now I’m moving and grooving without any assistance :)

I saw Dr. Marissa Nemec over a couple months for a nagging
shoulder injury. She immediately identified mobility issues that caused the injury and gave me multiple simple exercises and stretches that greatly reduced my pain. Within a few weeks I was back to my old gym routine with no pain at all! Highly recommended. Read more >
