I scheduled a appointment in advance but they did not expect me and were unprepared to receive me when I arrived. The two gentlemen that were there seem to be very friendly but they didn't even have me sign a work order before asking for my keys, I left my car there for five hours and then they called and told me that they would not be able to do anything and I should take it to the dealer. I don't think they did anything at all because my car was in the exact same spot and condition as when I arrived, they seemed a little shady so I don't think I will be going back there again
