Joe took care of all things related to my tenants being evicted and the property going through frozen pipe damage. They assumed all ownership of getting it done. Very straightforward and smooth process from first meeting to closing. We agreed on seller financing terms of my short term vacation rental house in Fish Creek, Door County. A big part of the agreement offer on their part was all the furniture, beds, furnishings and household items needed for vacation renting could be left in the house as is. This was a great relief since I no longer had use for most everything and did not want to move and pack these items. McKayla was extremely helpful coordinating the essentials necessary for closing and even made arrangements with title company to meet near my location.
