Every body was very friendly even when I was not so great. They all acted as very professional and were very efficient.

Fountain Hills ER & Medical center have a group of very professional staff. They have attended my emergency illness with timely and effective care. Blood test, CAT scan and X-ray were done in a timely manner to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment. I was able to go home with a peace of mind after a relatively short stay in the emergency room. I am very happy to have the Fountain Hills ER & Medical center located so close to my home. It is such a live saving place.

From the moment I walked in the door it was a great experience during a time of pain and need of help. Everyone was so friendly, patient, efficient and caring.

I walked into this urgent care facility last night in severe pain, afraid that because it was in such an ambiguous place, I may not be taken seriously.
I was so wrong. From the lovely lady at the front desk, who walked me through the necessary paperwork and documents in order to be seen, to Vincent and Ariel, my nurses, my nursing fairy godmothers, who were so friendly and so accommodating, there were moments that I forgot where I was.

Dr. Chukwuemeka is a treasure and a wonderful asset to this facility! He is one of the doctors that we all hope for in moments of pain and distress. He is a doctor who very obviously went to medical school because he genuinely cares about people and wants to help. He sincerely listened, he asked questions that were genuinely relevant to my treatment, he devised a treatment plan for me that he explained to me beforehand,...

The staff here is always so helpful and kind.
Grateful to have an ER in Fountain Hills which eliminates extra travel time into Scottsdale and eliminating being exposed to so many more people in the ER rooms of Honor Health and Banner systems. And if you live outside the Fountain Hills area, it’s worth your time to come to this great kept secret.
