Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

I always try to go to the Fountain Hills ER instead of the urgent care because number one they're always open. Number two, they are a lot quicker than going to any other ER in the area and they will transfer you to the hospital if necessary. You do a great job Fountain hills ER thank you for being here.

It was amazing. Front desk receptionist was inviting and guided me through all the paperwork.
Once checked in, Emily was the sweetest person who listened to all of my concerns. She was patient with me and explained every step of what they were going to do to help ease my symptoms. I had gone to a different ER 3 weeks ago and the person who saw me yelled at me and said I was fine and just needed Advil. It scared me to go back to any ER but things got bad enough after 3 more weeks so I took the chance based off of a review from my mother in law. The Dr. was just as kind and listened to everything I had to say. No one made me feel dumb and I finally got treatments and meds that made me feel better within 12 hours. It’s amazing how much better you feel with a good team that listens and aims to help you.
Side note, when waiting in our room, we could hear the team joking and...

I had a very warm welcome from Eri. The nurse and X-ray tech were great. I wish my experience with the doctor was better. after being seen so quickly and having x-rays, I believe I waited about 1 1/2 to 2 hours for him. Actually, it was just for the papers to be dismissed. I have a job where I am on call. I coordinate organ transplants, and timing is very important. I stepped outside of the room to ask how much longer he thought it would be, and was snapped at. He told me I was lucky and should feel fortunate that I had been seen at all already. Anywhere else and I would still be in the waiting room for another four hours. I thought that was an odd answer to my question. I try to explain why, but he kept interrupting. Besides that I would suggest/recommend this location for anyone. They were very kind and efficient for the most part.

Took wife in with the flu plus RSV. Excellent service good people to work with. Highly recommend...

Wonderful experience at fountain Hills ER

The doctors i have seen lately were caring and interestrd in curing my bladder infection. 5 stars

Great employees and excellent doctor. Facility has excellent equipment and is extremely clean.

Doctor Mead and staff were amazing. I would totally drive from Mesa to fountain Hills if I needed to again.
