Great experience, considering I was at ER. Nice staff, nurse and saw a very thorough Dr. Not the 7-9 hour wait like other ERs. Entire staff efficient and kind.

Just had a visit with nurse practitioner Debra Palka, Cheryl the receptionist and their assistant Maysaa in the back. I can truly say that I had one of the best doctor experiences ever. There is good karma, running throughout that place and everyone was professional, friendly and thorough. Since I moved to Fountain Hills in 2020, I tried the other two fountain hills walk in places several times and was treated like a second class citizen who did not matter on any level. I've hated the idea of ever having to go back to either of them. I hope this post doesn't expose one of Fountain Hill's best kept secrets but I felt compelled to
let them know how awesome they are. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Fantastic & down-to-earth personnel. Under similar circumstances; I'd hope for a team to take care of me as they did for my boy. They kept a calm vibe, were friendly, nearly treated like family or well-known friend. Went over options available & procedure of decided upon option, from there did what they said they'd do & actually made quality-of-life changes, with parental permission, during procedures to make sure my son had the best healing outcome from his wounds.
