Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

Attentive and pleasant staff, Best physician interaction I ever had. Everyone was so nice. My wife was even offered water and juice!
I rarely go to the ER and knew something was wrong
10 minutes in the waiting room, labs, imaging, interpretation, review with the Physician and my meds sent to the pharmacy electronically all under 2 hours!
Oh and I forgot that I was glad to be seen by an actual Doctor (I have nothing against non doctors)
I am glad I drove from Scottsdale and this facility will be my place of choice for Emergency Care should I ever need it again

This is a needed addition to Founatain Hills. Our experience there was excellent! Great medical care. Rooms were clean and staff is very professional.

From check-in to discharge, excellent experience. Short wait time. Professional, kindly staff and Dr E knowledgeable on how to treat my condition. Only drawbacks: ER rooms painted in a stark, cold white, hurts the eyes; no clock on wall, no TV to pass time waiting for test results.
If ever I need to, I will seek emergency care in our new little hospital.

I unfortunately found myself in need of emergency medical attention recently. I decided to check in at Fountain Hills Medical Center after hearing multiple glowing reviews regarding the sparkling brand new facility, the stellar staff and truly unique emergency department experience offered there. Needless to say the friendly staff and state of the art facility exceeded expectations in all areas!!! From the quick check-in, to being expedited to a room where The physician promptly arrived at the bedside, to having an EKG and bloodwork initiated within minutes after arrival, with EKG results interpreted immediately. Surprisingly, IV fluids were not even halfway infused as I was being informed of my bloodwork results. Fortunately, my condition was stable enough for a discharge home and a follow-up with the cardiologist referral provided. I could not believe my visit was so seamless!!! I...

I have never felt so respected or listened to by an ER staff ever. Both the administrative side & medical practitioners go above and beyond for their patients!

I am updating my review. If I could give a higher rating I would. I received a call from the DR. Nit the billing company. Not only did they confirm bill was sent in error they confirmed it with an email. Went in for a head injury. Would be a 5 star but the billing is all messed. Not only did I receive a high bill but it's for more than what they billed my insurance. My insurance reason for what they didn't pay was amount more than what was allowed for out of network. And when you call the billing company you have to leave a voice mail. Let's see how long that call back takes.
