By far the best ER experience I’ve ever had. My son was suffering from a severe ear infection in the middle of the night and we went here for the first time. Easy check in process with my insurance card. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. We were quickly taken back and the intake staff were so kind and helpful. They even brought my son a popsicle which helped calm him down. The doctor was professional and efficient, taking his time to evaluate my son. Our prescriptions were called in to our pharmacy, but the first doses were also started in the ER, which was a welcome surprise. This facility is clean, well staffed and provides excellent care. I highly recommend. Should our family need ER services again, we will come here.
