We come to Scottsdale every fall for about a month, but we have no knowledge of medical care here. Last Monday, 2000 miles from home, my wife and I were out in McDowell Mountain Regional Park, way up on the north end. My wife fell and broke her ankle (turns out in three places.) There was no one around and it was getting dark. We managed to get her to the car and got back to the park entrance and they told us about this ER in Fountain Hills. We got there and everyone was helpful and attentive. They were able to temporarily set my wife's ankle and they kept her overnight to control pain (no pharmacies open at this hour.) On top of the great care, Dr. Mead contacted a foot and ankle surgeon in Mesa and that surgeon agreed to see my wife early the next morning. He ended up performing surgery on the ankle that night and, long story short, she is now over a week into recovery. There...

Fabulous experience. The gentleman at the front desk was engaging and kind. Wait time unheard of, so fast! The physician and nursing staff as well as X ray Tech were ALL fantastic. We will always go to this location from here on out.

Prompt Professional service

I was impressed at a very stressful time. They were all extra kind, extremely knowledgeable and the process beginning to end went so quickly! How is that even possible in the medical world today? Normal procedures, paperwork etc. But, the nurse and doctor put me completely at ease and I felt perfectly cared for. Thank goodness this facility is here.
