I would like to thank Christine, Larry, and of course Dr. Mead for their care. They were kind and understanding. They made my ER visit comfortable despite my sickly symptoms.

I was impressed with the high quality of care I was provided during my short stay. If I ever need such services in the future I will not hesitate to make Fountain Hills ER my first choice.

Treatment in a professional manner

It’s conveniently close. It is relatively quick to be seen not a long wait period . Friendly and efficient personnel.

The people at the FHMCAZ were extremely helpful, empathetic and concerning...TY for ALL that you do.

I was most impressed with FH ER & Med. Center. A lot of patients had arrived before I did, some by ambulance, do the staff was very busy. Nonetheless, the receptionist Mysty , Dr. Schleifer and nurse Stormee each had a calm, very warm and personable demeanor. They were each quite efficient, yet didn’t give any sense of being under pressure or in a hurry during any aspect of the excellent care I received. That’s professionalism at its finest !
It was perfectly clear that the workplace credo there is very positive and one of genuine care and concern. These people absolutely have their hearts in their work ! My medical issue was excellently dealt with, but in addition, I just felt really good from having been around each of these individuals ! What a great asset to our community we have in FH ER & Med. Center !

Professional team of nurses and doctors saw me quickly and wasted no time preparing then executing a plan to help me.

On an early morning medical emergency in Fountain Hills, in the past, the closes ER was 15 minutes down Shea.
Granted, my emergency this past week, was an absested tooth. The infection was so agressive, within a couple hours after finally falling asleep that morning. I was woken, due to the pressure from my face swelling up fluid from the infection. It was one of those situation, where one doesn't have to be a doctor to know... this was serious.
Nobody enjoys the emergency room Gurnee rides. This is only after the paper push and the hurry up and wait.
I am not one to write reviews(especially for the ER)Let alone a five star rating. The staff was nothing less than the best.

Everyone at the medical center is so attentive and very kind. My EMT was outstanding.
