Don’t ever go there! The worst staff, really rude and a scam!! We came only a couple of minutes late because our flight had a delay & they wanted to charge us double from what we already paid online. We found a much better & cheaper option after luckily but we never saw the money that we paid them after!!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent rental experience with Abbycar, under the Florida Premium reservation, with reservation number BB22032952-23783933-A(BB).

Upon receiving the vehicle, I conducted a thorough inspection only to discover a small crack in the windshield. Upon raising this concern, the representative who took the photos admitted to being aware of these issues but did not record them in the contract. Additionally, I was coerced into paying an additional $200 for the company's Sunpass, despite my insistence on using my own. I was informed that using my Sunpass was prohibited, a fact not disclosed during the online booking process, resulting in unexpected expenses. I later found out that I could have purchased a Sunpass for only $10 elsewhere.
