They had accepted a booking for a Ford Mustang Convertible (or similar), and then called me 5 hours before the pick-up time to tell me they don't have the car. They offered a Toyota Corolla as an alternative... Poor communication, and an even worse customer service. Whatsapp messaging is pointless as you can't even get a straight answer from them.

Best car rental place ever. Very friendly and helpful. Will come back every time

We rented with FP through PC Travel in Canada. Initially we had no idea from whom or where we would pick up our car when we arrived in Miami. Nearer to the rental date we started to receive messages with helpful information. Unfortunately it appeared to be automated information and FP never responded directly to one of our concerns which ended up causing us a lot of trouble on arrival at the airport. We had no cell service to call them for our pickup and they couldn't reach us. In addition the phone number we were given to call was incorrect day no one answered it when others called on our behalf.

I gave FP a 4 star rating because if we had cell service on arrival it would have been a perfect experience - pickup on arrival, a nice clean, reliable car at a reasonable price, drop-off at the airport on departure.
