This past weekend I attended a workshop about credit hosted by my niece Brittni and her boss Sandra. I have almost perfect credit. 820 FICO score, no late or missed payments, for the most part I pay my credit cards off every month so I thought I had it all figured out. Boy was I wrong LOL. They let me in on so many secrets. I’m a teacher and don’t work over the summer. So it was very beneficial for me to learn about secured loans, balance transfers, and increasing my credit limits. I also didn’t know that since I have such good credit, I could help my husband with his credit. Thank you two beautiful Women for letting me in on all the secrets when it comes to credit. I learned why credit is important and where to start at when trying to build credit. I never knew that I could start building credit for my kids once they hit their teens.
