I was very pleased with Five Star Furnishing Care, after being recommended by a friend.
First, they were a very professional, friendly family firm,and called and came when they said they would, ''this summer 2018.
The service was very thorough, with amazing equipment. Honest with what can be done, giving you a quote. Then offering dates.
Having completed service, I was asked if satisfied, and some more stubborn marks near to floor, had a little more attention( probably where vacuum and feet rubbing had caused). Then told to please ring and let them know if when thoroughly dried( didn't take long) I was not happy with anything. Then I was left a bottle with solution to "spot" clean any accidents, which is great, used twice.

It is so nice to deal with a proper family business who put the customer first.
They are very professional and courteous at all times. They also consider which treatment is best for your carpet/furniture and that may not be the most expensive treatment.
I'm very happy with their service and signed up to the maintenance programme so I have peace of mind.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company and gave found them to be professional, efficient and deliver what they promise. My 14 year old 3 piece suite looked brand new after the clean and my carpet looked amazingly stain free. They offer a top notch service and I would definitely use their services again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
