Five Guys worked with me on getting the project completed on time and under budget. They even came back at my request to perform a water test to be doubly sure that things were done to my satisfaction. As a bonus they sent out there team to clean off pine needles from the entire roof and gutter system at no additional cost. As a senior, this was really important to me on both fronts. Very responsive. Time from initial call to estimate to finished repair was about a week and a half. Very professional staff.

The crew worked hard and did a nice job. A second crew put the finish coat on. It looks great and they cleaned everything up. There was a rain storm that night and runs, drips, or errors. Great job guys

5 Guys is awesome - exactly what I was looking for when I knew it was time for a new roof. The team was very communicative from the start. They were great at setting my expectations on all the details... tile color, bird stops, gutters, etc. When they were up there, the project managers took narrated video and texted me them so i was apprised of the progress. I want to shout out to Courtney for her expertise and thoroughness, and also to David for his outstanding customer service. I very specific requests re: painting some mortar, placement of new tiles, etc and David definitely went the extra mile. He's been in communication even after the job wrapped to make sure we're satisfied. Thanks 5 Guys!
