Excellent, we looked at 3-5 roofing companies and chose Five Guys. This project was for a 200K SqFt roof footprint. The existing roof was composed of several (3) different roofing systems. Jake presented details on how we can best accomplish our needs and be within budget.
Jake and his team were professional and easy to work with. The team worked with tenants in accommodating the tenants needs and minimizing the impact on the center over the course of 3 1/2 weeks it took to complete the roof work.
Any issues that arose, was quickly and professionally resolved.
Jake was fully available at all times to answer any questions, meeting at the job site as needed in making this project a true partnership.
