The employees that came to my house were very nice, on time, and professional. My only complaint is that I got my carpets cleaned for a main reason, dog urine. Well now my carpet smells more like dog urine than ever before. Not sure if it’s because the pad got wet and it lifted the scent, but weeks after getting it cleaned I can get halfway up the stairs (my dog had most accidents upstairs) and it REEKS of dog urine. I paid extra for a deodorizer and it didn’t seem to do anything.

Update March 5th, 2020.

After posting this review, Fiber Dry contacted me to offer a free reclean of the entire house. They just redid it today and it smells a million times better. Carpets also look even cleaner than before, staff is very friendly and I greatly appreciate them taking the time to come back out and make sure all issues were resolved. I will definitely use this...
