5/22/2024: I just had Fiber Dry clean my carpets throughout the house yesterday and once again I am impressed by the quality and professionalism of the technicians (Kevin and Josh) and the excellent results. They were prompt on their arrival -- I had been given a window from 2:00-5:00 p.m. and they arrived shortly after 2:00 and were finished by 4:00. Their process is outstanding -- first a thorough vacuuming, cleaning the carpets and finally raking the entire surface. The carpet looks like new again! They most definitely deserve a five-star rating from me, and I'll continue to use them in the future.
