I had called a few companies on cleaning my 2yr old carpet. It had coffee stains, pet vomit and kid vomit and makeup stains. Also your run of the mill dog tracks. Kevin and another guy came out and destroyed the evidence of the stains. The vomit stain popped up again within 10 days so I emailed asking if they would remedy it. They came back out and the stain is gone. The customer service was very easy to deal with ( I had a lot of questions) . They were priced very reasonably. It took 8 hrs for my carpets to dry. Now my neighbors are goin to have them out. Thanks to all the staff for making this whole process easy. Very friendly, shows up on time, respectful of property.
