At Fenix, Brad and Austin work together to provide tailored care for each individual they see. They work 1:1 with patients to ensure continuity of care and a positive experience and outcome. Austin and Brad are knowledgeable and patient. I met Brad, explained my situation (shoulder related) and he encouraged me to work with Austin. Not because he was busy, no, because they know each other’s strengths and make sure the right trainer cares for you.

During my session, Austin took the time to hear me out and evaluate before assuming anything. Then during the therapy session he took the time to explain the what, how and why of every movement. I left knowing more than I ever expected about my injury and how to work toward recovery.

I had been dealing with terrible neck pain for a couple weeks and finally decided it wasn’t going away on its own. So I went to see Brad and had a great experience. During the consultation I was educated and given great exercises I could do on my own at home. There was a very relaxed but still professional vibe in the office. I felt comfortable and heard through the entire appointment. I would 100% recommend Fenix to anyone in need of a physical therapist!

These guys are great. I went in for my first visit and Austin spent ample time with me to understand my background and goals and I left with a personalized plan to help get me where I need to be.

Super knowledgeable and teaches you exactly what you need to do in order to repair your injury. I contacted Doctor Fair about the pain I felt on my upper back. After a consultation he was quick to address the issue and relieve the pain. I would definitely recommend him!
