When I first reached out to Fenix I was told that each session would be $150 out of pocket. I hesitated but was invited for a free first session to try them out. Every person that works here at Fenix treats you like family. They treat you like you’re the most important client that they have. Shelly at the front desk greats you by name with a smile on her face every time you walk through their door. Brad, Austin and Maddy are fantastic PTs! Doesn’t matter who is seeing you that day, I can assure you that you will be taken care of. I had my ACL replaced end of January and was back running, squatting and lifting weights by April. It took a lot of work, but these guys were with me every step of the way. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that’s in need of PT.

I can’t express through words my gratitude I have to Maddy and Fenix PT. I’ve been dealing with post surgery lower back pain from injuries I had in the Marine Corps for 10 years and have been completely lost trying to fix it. You don’t know PT until you’ve been to Fenix. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt instantly seen, heard, and cared for. Shelley is a ray of sunshine and will always make you feel important. She works with your schedule and helps everything go so smoothly. Then there are the Physical Therapists, Austin, Brad, and Maddy; you are never just a number to them. You get their full attention each session and tailor each session to your individual needs. I have had the blessing to have each one help me with different issues I have had over the years, from back pain to TMJ to toe pain, and after every appointment, I feel better not only physically but I am uplifted by their compassion and love. My family and I trust Fenix and will choose them for any of our PT needs!

Starting seeing Maddy when I was experiencing the worst neck pain I had ever experienced in my life in Aug of 2024. I was seeing a massage therapist, chiropractor, and acupuncturist every week trying to get relief. With all of Maddy’s knowledge, understanding, and patience (with me), showed me the way! I have learned so many tools from Maddy that I will always be grateful and use ALWAYS! I appreciate the 1 on 1 attention specific to my needs, differing from use of modalities, and communication. I have nothing but good things to say about Fenix. Everyone who works there is happy to help, and makes you feel like part of the team. They helped me rehab my torn calf muscle through various techniques, helping me to get back on my feet literally, and complete a service academy. And even after I was healed they offered me a variety of exercises to help prevent future injuries. And I know if I had any other questions or concerns their door is always open, and they are willing to help.
