I came to Dr. Fair with a painful knot in my neck from sleeping wrong. He was able to see me right away to assist with my issue. He was very helpful by providing me with great explanations that answered all my questions and provided me with exercises to do at home that helped me feel better faster!

I highly recommend Fenix PT. Austin and Brad listened and helped me create a personalized plan. I felt understood and they helped me to see the whole picture not just one part of my recovery and treatment.

Austin was able to resolve the pain in my knee in less than a month. With exercises and taping, I went from constant pain to zero pain. I’m looking forward to playing golf again!

I consider it my exceptional good fortune to have crossed paths with Austin Fair of Fenix Physical Therapy. After seven sessions with Austin beginning in July to treat my back pain issue, my quality of life has improved significantly in spite of numerous interruptions for medical procedures and vacations. Austin Fair has become the light at the end of a very long tunnel I have been in for a year ! Because of a knee problem I have had no physical exercise for one year . I had knee surgery finally this summer and am slowly trying to get back to my old self .

I loved Fenix Physical Therapy & Performance because Dr. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I pulled a muscle in my back and it was pulling on my neck. He did some massage therapy and dry needling which helped tremendously. He also gave me a list of stretching exercises which I do everyday and I haven't had any issues since. Thanks again for taking good care of me :)

I genuinely thought Physical Therapy was for old people 😬 or people just out of serious surgery. But turns out, Physical therapy was exactly what I needed to end my knee pain and help my knee feel more stable when working out. If you’re in pain and think “eh, my pain isn’t that serious I don’t need physical therapy”, you’re wrong!
