I called Evertrust Plumbing as I was having some serious issue in my plumbing backing up. I set a time for them to meet me and go over what was happening. After doing a walk through they explained to me what the issue was and how they would like to go about fixing it. I don’t know much about plumbing but they explained it to me and I was able to understand what was happening. We set up an appointment for them to come and fix the problem. They were courteous and on time. They explained each step as I was interested in what they were doing. When they finished they cleaned up and put everything back together. I was happy to have the issue fixed sat a reasonable price that we had discussed earlier and there were no hidden costs. I really respect and TRUST the owner and employees at this company. They all work really hard to do a good job at a fair price. When I have an emergency, all I have to do is call and they respond immediately. We need more honorable folks like this in their profession.

I recently had a loss of hot water to my home. The owner, a master plumber, and one of his employees, were digging for hours outside the house looking for the problem, yet causing the least amount of collateral damage OUTSIDE the house, using sophisticated equipment to locate the source of the problem. I believe others would have started jack hammering the kitchen floor as it would have been the easiest solution to the problem, and that would have caused thousands and thousands of dollars in unnecessary damages to the marble floors and surrounding cabinetry.
