Eversole Pool and Spa

We have talked about a hot tub for years, we don’t travel much, other than weekend camping, so we are very much home bodies. We stopped at their store a rainy Sat to “just look for fun”. And from the minute we started talking to Chad, which was never a “sales” pitch it was more a learning about hot tubs, we knew we were going to soon have one on our back patio. We went back a couple weeks later and are now excited owners! We can not say enough about the whole experience we had with Eversole Pool & Spa, the delivery and set up was just as great! They were prompt, professional and made sure all my husbands questions were answered before they left. Even as we were doing the initial water maintenance set up the next day we had a question, around 7 pm on a Sat eve, so I emailed right away so I wouldn’t forget. "I ordered a Bullfrog A8 from Eversole Pool and Spa. When the hot tub arrived, the 3 people that unloaded it and installed it were courteous and very respectful of the new grass that was planted around the gazebo that the hot tub sat in. The installation was quick, as all three of them worked together well. I was showed how to use it, and how to balance chemicals properly. Chad and Karolyn are very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to deciding on which tub would be best for me and my wife. It didn't matter if it was the least expensive or the most expensive tub, they listened to my wife's and my ailments and lined up the best tub for us. I felt that was good salesmanship on their part. They listened before they sold me. I also had a problem with one of the jet packs. I called the store, and Karolyn asked which jetpack it was, and ordered a new one as we were talking. Great... Words can’t describe how great eversole pool and spa is. Their customer service is about the best you could ever have. I had a issue with my hot tub. They sent Alex and Tom over a few times to try and find the issue. Needless to say they found it and took care of it. Then for some reason the problem came back. They rushed right over and checked out the tub. They decided instead messing with it anymore they would just deliver a new hot tub. I’m very proud to say I bought my tub from eversoles because I can’t think of very many businesses that would take care of this issue the right way. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking to buy a spa to buy one from eversoles. Not only do you get a great spa. You get great customer satisfaction with it. Read more >
