This place is amazing! We are a family of 6 with a special needs little boy! We are seen at Cincinnati children's Hosp for week(s) at a time. One of my sons physicians wrote a RX for a hot tub for therapy reasons for our son. We had NO insurance coverage however we were given a small grant through a foundation in Cincinnati to help with some of the cost! When we placed the call the Karolyn she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us and our little boy!!!! If it wasn't for Karolyn my son wldnt be getting the therapy he needs!
