The installers were Professional courteous extremely friendly and very helpful in explaining how the spa worked and what pieces and parts were important as well as how to correctly add chemical and maintain the unit. Great service from looking at spas to the delivery. The guy’s delivering were very knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed talking with them for several hours it took to install the hot tub. Provided clear written and verbal information. They were polite and helpful.

Very friendly business that does not practice high pressure sales tactics. Very informative about the hot tub industry and provided tips for things to look for in different brands of hot tubs. Installation was very professional and the installers did a thorough job of explaining how to care for the hot tub. We would highly recommend buying from Eversole Pool and Spa and do not believe you should shop anywhere else.

Chad and team were great to work with. Couldn’t recommend enough. They came all the way to Toledo for delivery. Chad was very patient with us in deciding which hot tub to purchase. Ultimately we chose the Bullfrog. I’m so glad we chose to drive an hour to Eversole Pool & Spa because they really were great to deal with and I’m confident if there are any service issues they’ll take care of them right away.
