The entire experience was wonderful from beginning. The customer service that we received in the showroom was excellent. They were very patient and took time to answer all of our questions. We compared a few models and they were happy to explain the differences between them.
A couple days before our expected delivery the weather forecast called for rain on our delivery date. We called to offer to reschedule but we're told there was no need. Our hottub was delivered and setup in the pouring rain. Even though he was soaked, Tom took time to explain the chemical process.

Best customer service, The guys coming out setting up the Hot tub were very friendly and helpful. I bought a pool from them and now a hot tub.

Chad, Karolyn and the entire staff at Eversole Pool and Spa are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Chad walked us through all the hot tubs and helped us select the one best for us. Financing was super easy, as well as delivery and set up. We literally had to do nothing but open the fence for them to bring it in and do the installation. It was raining and the crew continued doing their job without complaint. We were very impressed and pleased!
