I had a very old hot tub. I called for a repair & they were very quick to get me an appointment. They fixed it the best they could. Replacement parts were no longer available. So I decided several months later I should finally upgrade. At no time during either interaction did I feel pressured to purchase new or did I feel attempts to up sale. Everyone I've ever met has been very kind, respectable & very knowledgeable. The instillation was quick & they stayed to make sure everything was running properly. We recently purchased a new hot tub from Eversole Pool & Spa. We are extremely pleased with the entire transaction and would like to thank them for their outstanding service. They helped identify the right size and hot tub for our needs. They held the hot tub while the electrical and civil work was completed at our home. The outside installation took place in December, and they made sure no mud was tracked on our new concrete pad.
