All around great experience. I reached out via Facebook messenger and they were so responsive and helpful, so much so my husband and I decided to drive over an hour to their store. Chad was very informative and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and helped us decide what spa was best for us. We had to wait about 2 weeks for delivery which was perfect so we could get electrician here and delivery was smooth and delivery people were nice and knowledgeable. Absolutely love our bull frog. The guys that delivered the hot tub were very helpful and courteous. Only reason for 4 stars, we felt the hot tub should have had everything inspected prior to delivery. The lights did not work. Also would be nice to have a chemical cheat sheet. It is allot of information for first time owners.
