This business was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the products they sell and install and service. The employees were personable and helpful and made the delivery easy. The two men who came out to the house with the new hot tub were great. They carted our old hot tub away for us with out an extra charge. They were thorough in explaining the products for the hot tub which they brought and how to use them in order for us to have a good experience as a hot tub owner. The entire experience was top shelf. No pushy salesman - dealt directly with the owner. We were looking at 2 manufacturers (Master and BullFrog) and he walked thru the pros and cons of both. Most importantly, he advised me to get the lounge seat which I was totally against. Turns out that is my favorite place in our new tub. Install was excellent too. Guys did a fantastic job both installing and walking me thru the chemistry setup. Can’t say enough positive things about my experience. And of course their prices beat everyone else I talked too.
