Our experience with Eversole Pool with everything from helping us decide on the correct hot tub purchase for us. To the installation of that hot tub. This is our 2nd large purchase from Eversole Pool and we couldn't be happier love the fact that we could shop local. I would recommend this business to anyone in the market to buy anything from a pool table to a hot tub.

My spa that came with my house. Started leaking in the fall. I am new. To spas and the spa froze , and ruined it. Don't let your spa freeze THEY DO NOT LIKE THAT. I called everyone to service it. I shopped and had one picked out. I had a procedure on my foot and couldn't heat it wet. So I looked around. 3 others in lima. I checked out 2 in findlay. 1 place in Celina. A lot of research on line. Eversole pools had great customer service. When I returned. They had just put a new spa in. It had everything I wanted it was a "say yes to the spa "moment installed with care and explained everything ❤️

We had been communicating with Karolyn Eversole about a hot tub prior to going to the showroom. The moment we walked into the showroom we knew this is where we were going to buy our hot tub. Chad was terrific to work with. He answered all our questions and concerns and did not cause us to feel pressured in any way. The installation went well ( thanks Tom and Andrew) . Since installation, Karolyn has been very helpful with all of our questions concerning the chemical levels. The hot tub is terrific, thank you so much.
