Eversole Pool and Spa

I had a very old hot tub. I called for a repair & they were very quick to get me an appointment. They fixed it the best they could. Replacement parts were no longer available. So I decided several months later I should finally upgrade. At no time during either interaction did I feel pressured to purchase new or did I feel attempts to up sale. Everyone I've ever met has been very kind, respectable & very knowledgeable. The instillation was quick & they stayed to make sure everything was running properly. I greatly appreciate the kindness & professionalism everyone at Eversole has.

We recently purchased a new hot tub from Eversole Pool & Spa. We are extremely pleased with the entire transaction and would like to thank them for their outstanding service. They helped identify the right size and hot tub for our needs. They held the hot tub while the electrical and civil work was completed at our home. The outside installation took place in December, and they made sure no mud was tracked on our new concrete pad. They provided a thorough explanation on starting up the hot tub, including all chemical levels. They are a local family-owned business doing things the right way!

We love our new master spa hot tub. Employees were very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us figure out what hot tub was right for our use. The hot tub was delivered and set up on date scheduled. We especially liked that this is a local business that employs their own delivery and service workers.
