The staff at Eversole was awesome!!! This was probably the best customer service I have experience anywhere, ever, in my 42 years of life. Chad and Karolyn were great, and patient. We are new to Hot tubs and it took us a couple of wet tests to zero in on the perfect tub. We found it with the Hot Springs pulse, its an amazing tub. I would recommend Eversole pool and spa to anyone looking at hot tubs.

The experience was very pleasant. The only thing that could’ve made it better is when they delivered the hot tub they could send an electrician to run the proper wire needed so we could use the hot tub. Instead we had to call around to different electricians to do the job. We did find someone that could do it a week later so we haven’t been able to use it yet. Other than that everything was good.

Eversole Pool and Spa Replied: Thank you so much for your feedback! It is rare for a customer to need to change their wiring, as most 50 amp, 220 hot tubs require 6 gauge wiring. I am glad that our crew caught that and you are able to get the wiring updated to ensure no future issues. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We hope that when you get the hot tub up and running you absolutely LOVE it!!!
