My wife and I hired them to do interior designing for our new home. After the initial visit, they never answered our calls for follow up. After 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of them we just gave up. I would recommend not paying them upfront unless they provide you something tangible to go off.

I've used Evergreen Staging for a few of my listings and they never disappoint. High quality furniture with great accents makes each home more appealing to buyers. Before hiring me, a client of mine had his home listed with a different agent and not staged - it was on the market for 77 days.
