I just wanted to say how accommodating Rachel the groomer was. I came in for our appointment only to find out that the groomer that I had a appointment with quit the day before. I came in with no clue but the young man and Rachel made it happen for me and my fur baby!! Rachel did a awesome job with my fur baby and she made a customer for life out of me! We have two dogs that we haven't had groomed, in some time, due to an abusive, traumatizing groom that they both suffered from. It took longer that it should have for us to have them see a new groomer. Not only did Epic Dog Academy get them in on short notice, the dogs were beautifully groomed and in great spirits when we picked them up.
