This review is for their grooming services only. Took my doggo to get groomed by Maddie who did a great job with him. He is a rescue and is very skittish and has a ton of anxiety so I had many reservations taking him in anywhere to get groomed. When they called me (not sure who) the person was very kind and reassured me that their groomers have experience with skittish dogs. He came out looking great and not showing signs of stress. Simply the best place to take your dog not just for training but for grooming as well! You and your fur baby are greeted immediately always giving you a sense family and a even better sense of peace knowing your dog will be well taken care of while in their care! They remember my dogs needs of needing hypoallergenic shampoo for her sensitive skin and my dog always loves all the people at Epic Dog Academy as she gets excited once she becomes familiar with the area as we pull up to the academy. My family brought home a 10 week old GoldenDoodle and knew it would definitely be different than having a Shih Tzu around. Wanting to help our pup acclimate to our home and gain important obedience skills, we set out on a search for dog training companies here in Temecula and in San Diego, as well.
During our search we came across Epic's website and we were immediately impressed by the outstanding reviews both former and current customers wrote about the company. Epic Academy trainers transformed our high energy puppy into the well behaved joy we had hoped to be around. No more jumping, biting and digging! We tried on-line self training, but couldn’t duplicate the intensive training sessions by the hands on Epic Academy training professionals, like Grace. The in-home follow up was very helpful as well.
