We were very impressed with Enterprise Home Improvements @ Louisville Home & Garden Show this Spring. We contracted with them in Mid March. Once the specifically manufactured components to the sun room were delivered the Enterprise crew were hard at work. They were extremely talented craftsmen & agreeable to all of our suggestions. Before long we were relaxing in our new beautiful sun room. All of our neighbors, family & friends remark at how beautiful it is. Enterprise Home Improvement worked with us for several months to help us secure the work we needed done on our home. They are extremely professional and friendly. They were always available by phone to answer any questions we had, and even made personal home visits to answer questions and to ensure we were comfortable with the work that would be performed. The on-site work crews were friendly and informative answered questions without complaint. There was a young man who replaced our door and he went out of his way to get me a new doorbell to match my door nobs without me asking, which was very appreciative. Enterprise put on a new roof, gutters and leaf guards for us. They did an outstanding job. The President, Mike, was with us every step of the way, from providing a no-pressure estimate to making sure we were pleased with the work. When we asked about a potential insurance claim, he provided his expertise and worked with our insurance adjuster every step of the way. He made special trips to Richmond to be there when the adjuster came, setting up ladders and assisting him with questions. The crews that did the jobs were friendly, professional and thorough, completing the work in just one day and doing a great job of clean up. The work was top notch – with quality materials and sealing of gutters, edges and chimney. The pricing was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Enterprise Home Improvement.
