En-Vision Property Inspections

We were very pleased with the thorough job and the clear answers to our questions and also the instructions and suggestions. Very nice and approachable man. He made us feel at ease over buying the house and making the investment.

Our inspector, Brian, was on time, got right to work, and had his inpection done. He explained in detail the things that were of concern. He took us through all the areas as he told us what needed repair, what needed attention. He said that En-vision Property Inspection could determine if any contractors were offering a fair price for thier work on repair. I would recommend En-vision to everyone. Thanks for a job well done!

Visual inspection of interior and exterior of home and Inspection of mechanical equipment and operating condition was through. Explained the importance of repairs to minimize heating and cooling losses within the home. The issues with the HVAC units. Their age and possible future expenses associated with these items. After the inspection the discussion of what needed to be addressed how and why ( related to safety) was very knowledgeable.

Visual inspection appeared to be through. Explanation of issues to be addressed with how to complete very helpful. Checking the operation and possible future issues with the heating & cooling system was of high inportance.

Brian Walker saved us on last home we were going to buy ,we ended up pulling out of the deal
so we made sure he checked the next house we found

Brian was great. He marked important points (main water valve, hot water heater controls, furnace controls, etc). He showed us every area that needed some maintenance or repair. He suggested methods to fix. Brian was careful to do a complete inspection. He showed us how to operate things we were not familiar with and answered all our questions. I could not be happier.
