Rick was very thorough and took his time. I appreciated that he pointed out the good things as well as those things that needed to be touched up. I also liked that he gave us his opinion about what should be done immediately and what can be done later (cosmetic things). I would highly recommend En-Vision Property Inspections!

Because he did truly exceed my expectations. I was impressed by the clarity in process done at the home inspection, and Rick’s commitment to safety I do not know how to point out my appreciation for what Rick did to me and telling me about the safety of that home and other safety tips in the home . Rick was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to fully investigate every single nook & cranny of the house. He was able to answer all questions without hesitation and it was obvious that he really knew all the fine details that are important when purchasing a home. He helped us talk through many potential issues & other critical areas that would need repairs, as well as helping us determine an estimated dollar value as needed. His report was issued promptly (same day) and it was a very detailed and professional document. I highly recommend this company.
