Inspection went great, Brian took the time to explain how to fix every issue in the house.

Rick was very thorough and explained everything very well. I was pleased he pointed out some things I wouldnt think of doing to help in certain areas of the home.

The inspector was on the job when I arrived inspecting the outside. He was very respectable and courteous when greeting me. He briefed me of all he would be doing and told me to not hesitate in asking any questions or about concerns I may have which he did answer before, during and after his inspection. He went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Afterwards he took me completely around the whole home (inside and out) to which he thoroughly explained his concerns starting with the most serious/safety to the what to keep an eye on in the future. Brian is most professional. I wouldn't hesitate and highly recommend En-Vision Property Inspections Thank you Carol Ivey

After introducing himself, Rick made the whole inspection process very professional and comfortable, reducing my anxiety of the process. I was very impressed with his knowledge of all facets of the home and his attention to detail. Although their were no "show stoppers" found, I was very pleased to find the things that need to be corrected and will work with the seller to correct them. As we went room to room Rick took the time to explain in detail the problems in layman terms so I could understand them. Rick made the whole experience very delightful and he's one hell of an inspector! I would definitely recommend him to any new home buyers.

Rick was very thorough and gave a great walk through summary of the inspection after he had completed. Also, he gave great insight to potential issues further down the road and several maintenance tips to avoid costly repairs later.

Brian was amazing!!! He was patient when explaining things and answered all of my questions.
