Brian did a very thorough job and did a great job explaining what he found throughout the inspection.

Brian was very prompt, arrived before I did and I arrived early. He took the time to go through the different parts of the inspection with me. It was very clear that he had my best interests in mind throughout all steps of the inspection, and was very thorough in his examination and explanation of issues he found. From what was trivial to what was serious. I don't feel like anything was missed or skipped over, and feel like I have all the information needed to base my decisions on.
