We were very happy and very satisfied after our inspection. We are purchasing an older home and we really had no idea what issues were important or crucial to safety. Rick is amazing. It was immediately obvious that he was an expert and he knew what he was doing. He didn’t rush, he didn’t cut corners, and he was very thorough. Answered all of our questions patiently and sometimes humorously. It was apparent that he was looking at, and noticing a lot more than we aware of. It was a great experience for us and we couldn’t be more pleased.
