My husband and I used Brian for 2 home inspections during our house hunting process. Both times he was extremely thorough and professional. Brian was highly professional and respectful of us as home buyers. He walked us through the home and described positive features as well as unresolved issues. All of our questions were answered thoughtfully and clearly. A thorough report was produced and shared with us, which included narrative descriptions of problems that were discovered as well as photos showing those problems. Overall, this was an excellent experience, highly recommended.

I appreciated that 1) the team coordinated the Radon testing so we would have the results as soon as we needed them (and we wanted to close quickly). 2) There wasn't just 1 inspector: there were 2 and tested pretty much floor to ceiling in each room. They caught drips that were in very hard to reach spaces (one drip on the back side of a pipe that was partially buried through the foundation). 3) They walked me through the major problems so I had a visual understanding of the scale of the work that needed to be done. The only thing I had a different opinion on was the amount of effort it would take to fix the problems - their perspective to fix the couple of issues was that it was too much work and didn't resonate with my perspective (i.e. they had 'significant concern' about the issues to be fixed, whereas my contractor said most were 10-15 min fixes). But that's it - only 1 negative...

En-Vision Property Inspections was so thorough and informative. Brian Walker did an amazing job of walking us through the house and explaining everything that may need repairs. He took his time inspecting the whole house and made sure he answered all our questions. I would highly suggest Brian Walker for any home inspection!

All four of the men at the house inspection, it was training day, were beyond amazing. They were professional and down to earth. They made me even as a first time home buying feel completely comfortable. Rick and the team explained everything to me in great detail and answered all my questions. They were very thorough and double checked all the things. It was just under 3 hours and they covered everything plus some it seems.
