Brian did an amazing job inspecting our house today! He was very thorough and answered all the questions we had. He explained everything he found and let us know if it was something that was an urgent issue. Brian was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the inspection.

Brian Walker was totally awesome. He even got the inspection done before the expected time frame! Very pleased with his work ethic and professionalism. He explained things with such clarity that even I could understand. He was very detailed in both explaining and showing me where there were some issues and also would let me know if it was something I had to be concerned about. He checked and advised about even minor things like the door stoppers.. you can't get more detailed than that! Rick was great. He clearly had a thorough understanding of all the innerworking of the home and explained everything in terms I could easily understand. The home was in great condition so there wasn’t too much to discuss by way of issues, but with the few items we did discuss Rick was extremely helpful and informative concerning both the problems and solutions. On top of his expertise, Rick’s outgoing personality and friendly sense of humor made for an overall great experience.
