Rick is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He conducted a comprehensive and meaningful assessment of the property that I am purchasing. He provided me with many excellent Insightful information and answered all my questions during the inspection. I am not a novice home buyer, and I really learned things from Rick’s expertise. We were very happy and very satisfied after our inspection. We are purchasing an older home and we really had no idea what issues were important or crucial to safety. Rick is amazing. It was immediately obvious that he was an expert and he knew what he was doing. He didn’t rush, he didn’t cut corners, and he was very thorough. Answered all of our questions patiently and sometimes humorously. It was apparent that he was looking at, and noticing a lot more than we aware of.
