En-Vision Property Inspections

Brian and his assistant, sorry I forgot his name, were very thorough and great at answering any questions that we may have had. I will definitely recommend them to any friend or family member who may be in the market for a home inspection. They did excellent work and had awesome personalities to boot!!

Rick was amazing, he wasnt just on time but early and started immediately. He was extremely thorough and walked us through anything that needed to be changed or fixed. He was very friendly and provided excellent service, we had a documented and detailed report to us less than 2 hours after inspection. Would definitely use again! Highly Suggest!

A great company to work with. Rick was professional, courteous and explained everything to me. He also did not charge for anything not needed. I would highly recommend Rick & this company.

I did not know what to expect when I attended the En-Vision property inspection yesterday. I was impressed with Brian Walker immediately. He was friendly and explained what he was going to do . He encouraged the realtor and me to accompany him as he started the inspection. I was impressed beyond belief at his thoroughness. He periodically pointed out areas that I should be aware of. He was methodical and not hurried. It was amazing to watch him move from to room and observe all the areas he checked. He explained the areas he identified as major and potential problems in great detail. Kevin was working with him and he also was very thorough as we accompanied him on the inspection of the garage and outside area, including the windows, foundation of the house , deck and porch. Great company, great inspectors and great report! Easy to read and very thorough. The inspectors were already onsite and inspecting the roof before our start time. Prices were reasonable. Inspectors will walk you through the entire home and explain in as much detail as you'd like each issue and let you know when something is a big red flag.

As always, working with Rick was a delight. He's very thorough and efficient with his inspections. En-Vision is always responsive to requests and works with us and our realtor to schedule the inspections at a mutually agreeable time. I would highly recommend.
