Moved into new house and had inspection from envision and were helpful and although winter seems they’ve given good inspection. Had Kevin this time (new home had them for first one too) and was courteous and helpful. However apparently there’s a about %4 extra fee for convenience credit or debit card use to pay virtually.... Michelle assisted with reimbursement and expedited water samples and although I’ve received multiple copies of the report due to things being left out I’d make sure to get Brian as inspector. Mr. Brian Walker was extremely thorough, honest, kind, and an overall great inspector! He was overflowing with knowledge and made sure everything in my condo was safe as well as in good shape. Brian explained important details and was efficient with his work.
