The inspection was very pleasant and informative for me as a 1st time home buyer. My inspector was Rick and he was happy to explain the inspection process and different small problems he found. I would definately recommend En-Vision.

We selected en-Vision Property Inspections, in Shelby Twp, Michigan, to do our pre-purchase property inspection on the house we were buying in Waterford.

We arrived at the house a few minutes early, and found that our inspector had already arrived, and had already inspected the exterior of the house even before we got there.

Our inspector, Brain Walker was incredibly thorough, detailed and personable. Although it took two hours for the inspection, Brian found many things that were of concern that completely escaped us when we looked at the house for purchase. I would have never caught these nuances on my own.

After the inspection, Brian took the time to walk us through each item and show us exactly what needed to be rectified. I appreciate Brian's knowledge, and I will be using the copy of the inspection report as my Spring/Summer To-Do list...
