Rick was awesome. Knowledgeable, great energy, went above and beyond with 2 inspections for me and a sewer scope. Explained everything clearly.

The Envision inspector was fantastic and I would recommend anyone and everyone to use their services. The house I had inspected was built in 1955, so I definitely put him to the test.

Aside from the warranty they offer (not offered by most other companies I spoke with), the inspector was incredibly knowledgeable (coming from a pro DIYer); he caught things that I had missed and probably never would have noticed; he came prepared with tools for any and all situations; he was up-to-date on building codes and requirements; and the inspection price was VERY reasonable (he wouldn't even accept a tip!).

If I could give it, Envision would get 6 stars!

Brian was prompt and professional. He gave me an explanation of problem areas at the end of the inspection and then sent a detailed written report with pictures and videos within an hour after the inspection ended. I would recommend en-Vision Property Inspections.
