He did an extremely thorough inspection of the 26-year-old condo we are buying, hustling methodically over a two hour period literally leaving no stone unturned. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. He went over his findings in great detail in-person with me, and also went over the optional extended warranty and the utility concierge service offered. He provided a detailed report electronically within a few hours that provided text and photos of any issues, which gives us key priorities in repairs and a roadmap for maintenance. I would definitely use en-Vision Property Inspections and Brian again if/when needed.
