My contact with Packout was wonderful. They were professional, compassionate and down to earth. Matt explained every step of their process. If I needed anything anytime it was brought to us immediately. Him and his crew were very friendly and helpful. I also would like to give a shout to Ms. Rosie! I explained to her my situation and she took the time to explain what the next step is and how me and my family get back to normal. I recommend Packout for anyone that needs assistance in any emergency services. We can do our jobs because it's what we get paid to do, but you can decide if you want to do it with compassion, honesty it goes a long way when people are trying to put their recover. We had a slab leak at our home and were recommended to use Emergency Packout company. We were out of our house for repairs for about 6 months. Through out the whole process we have been so glad to have used their services. I have two little ones so having someone to packout our belongings and then bring them back and put them back in the same place has been tremendous help. They were extremely profesional and packed everything with such care. Communication was also excellent. They made sure to make it clear they were there for us every step of the way! Emergency Packout sent 3 men, Armando, Osmar & Jose to deliver my belongings that had been stored in their facility. All 3 of them were kind, helpful, professional and patient. I was extremely impressed by their work ethic and organization. They unloaded all of my belongings into my garage exactly how I wanted them and almost in the exact way they had been before. My overall experience with Emergency Packout with Rosie and Chris Trainer was excellent. 10 stars out of 5 :)

We loved Emergency Packout Company for many reasons.
After the flood in our home we dealt with many contractors and were, unfortunately, frustrated, annoyed, disappointed , disillusioned and even angered by every one EXCEPT Emergency Packout Company.
Everyone at EPC was so very kind, thoughtful and considerate throughout the Packout and packin process. They kept us informed and involved and understood that we were going through an extremely stressful period. Their communication and consideration was extremely appreciated.

The team from Emergency Packout was very efficient and courteous when they came to packout my furniture and belongings due to water damage in my home. Matt Trenner, the lead person was very good to organize the team. After 6 months storage, they were able to accommodate us to return my furniture and belongings on my requested day.
