Emergency Packout Co

Areas that didn't require packing out were packed out. We had a few things come up missing and we have no idea where they are. We didn't say anything at first because we had not totally unpacked. We had to have the pack out crew come back to take things to the warehouse that were put in the garage because they didn't bring a large enough truck. This may have been the result of poor planning, I'm not sure.

I loved working with “Emergency PackOut” because: This Team of workers under the Supervision of Matthew Trenner, Senior Project Manager is the “BEST”. This team is extremely professional, efficient as well as courteous and they came ready to work and everyone was respectful and wore mask 😷. Matt came in evaluated this job, when he came back he brought his team and they were off and running.
They handled my belongings like they were their own, paying attention to details of everything placed and how pictures were hung . Photo’s were taken of everything. I really appreciated the “if in doubt attitude” they asked questions of me to be sure everything was packed to my satisfaction.

Emergency Packout Co was highly communicative and helpful during my transition. When packing/delivering boxes they were highly detail-oriented which I greatly appreciated. Should you ever need their services I highly recommend working with them.

When you are 80 years old and suddenly you are faced with the fact of your beloved little condo has suffered a fire it is wonderful to deal with a company like Emergency Packout. From the very beginning the on site crews were amazingly helpful - they even managed to find my terrified cats and get them gently and safely into their carriers.
Armando Velez - the point man was very courteous and patient with me. He and his crew took my "not lost'" possessions carefully packed up to their storage facility.
Recently Armando and Andre Velez sent out a crew to help move a huge number of boxes from a separate storage place. It was a delightful process and they were quick and actually fun to work with.
